My name is Bando!

We came across Bando 2.5 years ago. He had been abused and abandoned with fleas and ticks and was extremely jumpy. We’ve taken care of him but never intended to have a pet full time because I travel for work often. He does have a tendency to scratch at doors and prefers to be close at hand during storms. He rarely barks except when chasing squirrels. He loves belly rubs. He occasionally will chew on small things so you have to make sure he has chew snacks! He is a loving and friendly dog. Good with kids. People always comment on how beautiful he is. He is playful and has been estimated to be about 5-6 years old. He can be evasive-despite my efforts he has often gotten outside our fence to wander the neighborhood :( but it’s never resulted in any major issues. I want him to have a home with more experienced dog owners, he deserves a loving and accommodating new home. When I travel for work, it’s always a challenge to make provision for his care.
