What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Denali! I got him 3 years ago. Denali came with me through my first house purchase and move, and he was a peach the whole time. He is house trained and knows some basic commands. He isn't the most cuddly (sometimes he just prefers to lay on the couch alone), and he could for sure take burning some more energy throughout the day. Me alone and my small yard only provides so much.
Recently, two additional dogs were placed on to me. After multiple intro attempts and MONTHS of keeping my house entirely split, he is unable to get to the point where having a multi-dog house is possible. He NEEDS to be an only pet, he has never been around kids. Admittedly, he needs caught up on shots as his behavior (and cost of mobile vets) has made it very difficult for me to manage. Unfortunately with the other two dogs not being able to find homes from my temporary care, it must be him to find somewhere better. Ideally a single adult/couple with reactive/dog-aggressive experience.
