Roscoe is great with kids, selective with his dog friends, and full of personality. He’s initially shy, but with a treat and a toy, he transforms into a bouncy, playful goofball, doing play bows and wagging his tail like it’s a dance party.
He can be a little tricky with medical restraint or leashes—think of it as a “game” he likes to play—but with patience, he’s a fun-loving, smart pup who loves his toys and a good romp. He walks well on leash and just needs someone who gets his playful, selective style.
Roscoe is fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and while Roscoe isn’t a fan of most other dogs and prefers to be the only canine in the spotlight, he thrives with kids and humans who appreciate his unique personality

Adoptions take place at our facility at 7215 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. Adoption applications are "first come, first served."
Viewing hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 1pm to 6pm. During these hours please come by the shelter so you can interact with available pets and fill out an adoption application.
