Their adoption process

If your interested in applying to adopt or foster one of our amazing cafe kitties please fill out the form below. After filling out the form you will be contacted within 48 hours by our adoption coordinator to set up an adoption interview. We urge all applicants to visit our cafe in person to meet the kitty you are interested in, our kitties love the attention and we know that you will fall even more in love once you see them live and in action! NOTE: Submitting the form online does not guarantee that you will be fostering or adopting kitties right away.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. We would love for potential adopters to come in to meet our cats and fill out an application for anyone that makes a great connection
  2. Interview
    1. Our in person interviews are a great time for us to get to know you and see if the kitty you are applying for would be a good fit.
  3. Approve Application

Go meet their pets

At our cafe our visitors can find a relaxing environment for both humans and cats alike. When creating our cafe our mission was to ensure that the cats in our care would never know that they are even up for adoption; we wanted them to have a safe space before finding their permanent forever home. At our cafe you can find a plush room filled with cozy furniture, beautiful windows to the outside world, human activities such as board games and books, free WiFi, and of course some pretty amazing adoptable kitties. Our cafe is built within our Redmond store location, located at 8103 161st Avenue Northeast, Redmond, WA 98052.

More about this shelter

In 2019, we were able to put 133 cats into their permanent homes; 19 of those cats had special needs, 24 were senior kitties and 53 were rescued from high kill shelters. All of these unique cats had one unfortunate thing in common…in a different shelter environment they would have been deemed un-adoptable and would never have stood a chance. The adoption kitties that we have at our cat cafe all come from different backgrounds but one thing they all share is their search for their permanent forever homes. Our adoption cats come from all walks of life; some have been surrendered due to old age or medical conditions, some are rescued from high kill shelters where they are up for euthanasia and others come from our Feral Care Sanctuary at Hidden Creek Ranch.
