My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Banks is a gentle, sensitive soul who’s just beginning to discover how sweet life can be. At only a year old, this 40-lbs shy little guy is learning to trust, grow, and most importantly — cuddle.

He’s crate trained, quiet, and non-destructive. Banks is almost fully potty trained and picking it up quickly with some patience and consistency. While he’s still building confidence on walks, he checks in with his person regularly and is showing progress each day.

What really makes Banks shine, though, is his love for closeness. This velcro pup adores being held, snuggled, and cradled — especially at night, when he’s happiest tucked up in your arms like a baby. If you’ve ever dreamed of a dog who just wants to be near you (or on you), Banks is your boy.

He’s dog-friendly and currently living with his foster brother — ELO alum Marty — who’s doing a great job showing him the ropes and helping him feel safe.

Banks would thrive in a calm, patient home with someone who can help him continue to grow in confidence at his own pace. If you're looking for a quiet, affectionate shadow with a heart of gold, look no further.

Sensitive heart. Snuggle champion. Loyal shadow.
