Howdy! The name is Chance & I'm the bestest 1.5yr old male German Shepherd this side of the Smokey Mountains. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

Quick Facts:
Age - 1.5yrs old
Kids - will do fine with older kids (10+)
Dogs - good with large breed dogs
Cats - cat tolerant
Training - needs an obedience refresher

1. About a year ago, I was dumped on the side of the road, left to die. Thanks to some wonderful people, they picked me up and nursed me back to health. Now I'm a big strong boy ready for my forever home!

2. My ideal home is either with a large breed female doggo or me as the only pup. I've been in a home with small dogs and it's just too much for me.

3. I am house & crate trained! I also know a few obedience commands, although I do need an obedience refresher, just to sharpen my skills.

4. I'd make an excelled hiking partner! Now that the weather is cooling off, let's go out & explore! I'll keep you company and scare off any squirrels that might try to eat our trail mix.

5. I'd love a person/family to call my own. One that will love me unconditionally, give me treats & toys, tell me I'm handsome, play with me, and snuggle on cold nights.

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
