Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐾 Meet Soot – a gentle, calm lady with a heart full of love, just waiting for the right family to help her shine. She came to us on the very same day her sister found her forever home, and now it’s Soot’s turn to find a place where she truly belongs.
Soot’s previous owner loved her dearly but had to make the difficult decision to let her go when the resident cat became territorial. Because of that, Soot is now hoping to find a calm and caring home where she can feel safe and loved. She’d do wonderfully with other cats who would welcome her as a sweet and gentle sister.
This lovely girl is affectionate, easygoing, and happiest in a peaceful environment where she can just be herself. Once she feels settled, her soft and loving nature shines through, making her a perfect companion for quiet evenings and cozy days.
Soot is ready to leave her shelter days behind and find the same kind of happy ending her sister did—could your home be the one to give her that chance?
Soot's adoption fee is $50, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1
