Meet Pepper – a gentle senior male Terrier (gray).
âï¸ Neutered: Yes
âï¸ Vaccines: Not current
âï¸ Crate trained: Yes
âï¸ Potty trained: Unknown
Pepper’s original owner passed away, and he has been in the care of extended family for the past couple of years. Sadly, during that time he lived primarily outdoors and did not receive the care he needed. A family member stepped in to remove Pepper from his situation so he has a chance at proper medical care and a more comfortable life.
Pepper is friendly with children, dogs, cats, and even livestock. Despite his neglect, he remains sweet and people-oriented. He does, however, need veterinary care for severe matting, possible skin irritations, and dental issues.
Pepper deserves a safe and loving retirement home where he can receive the care, comfort, and companionship he has been missing.
If you are interested in giving Pepper the chance at a better life, please contact his temporary caregiver, Aspen, directly:

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
