Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Friendly, Curious, Major Cuddler
Legend has it there exists a beautiful black and white creature who adores people, dances with joy (and biscuits!) when getting affection and who has the ability to endlessly charm humans with his sweet, melodic purr. We are here to tell you, this captivating and magical being is no myth. We present to you the one and only Unicorn Cake!
Unicorn Cake is such a lovable kitty who befriends everyone he meets. He is full of good cheer and always wants to be involved in what his humans are doing. He will follow you everywhere and if you sit down, he will paw at your knees to be picked up and plopped in your lap for cuddles. He makes sure you don’t overdo your computer time - stepping across the keys when he feels it’s time for a break and a snuggle session!
Reach out your hand to pet Unicorn Cake and he will loudly purr and do a little jig as he deftly makes biscuits. So cute! He’ll burrow his head into your hands and chest, absolutely loving the attention and head scratches. Lean in for a kiss and he will press his forehead to your lips for maximum effect!
Unicorn Cake mostly uses the language of love to communicate with you. Every once in a while he chooses the language of his ancestors instead, letting out happy little trills and grunts. If a door is closed and you’re on the other side, he may utter a few polite meows before walking away in resignation, but with understanding.
Unicorn Cake loves batting around fuzzy balls and is improving his stats on catching them before they disappear under the furniture. His favorite colors so far are orange, yellow and maybe pink too!
He gets along well with kiddos and was very snuggly and gentle with an 11-year-old girl he met. He was calm and patient with other cats at the shelter, even when they climbed all over him, and he doesn’t seem fearful when he hears the neighbor’s barking dogs. He would likely be fine with a cat-friendly dog if given a proper introduction.
Unicorn Cake would be a sweet sensation in a home where he receives high levels of affection and plenty of lap time. A playful kitty companion would be lots of fun too! If you're looking for a highly affectionate and loyal new friend, contact us to meet this wonderful, one-of-a-kind feline!
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
