Cooper was part of an animal hoarding situation. At daycare, he gets along better with smaller dogs. He does fine with our cat. He loves his daily walks and cuddling on the couch. He has separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone who is home a lot and maybe a small dog friend to play with. He is crate-trained and sleeps in his crate all night. He responds well to the bark collar, and only needs it in the car now.
I am looking to rehome because, as a single person who travels a lot, I feel like he needs a lot more attention. Neither of us likes having to crate him during the day if I have to go to work or an event, and I am spending a lot of money on daycare and boarding him due to my work schedule.
He will need kindness and patience to adapt to a new environment. He will come with his crate, bed, bark collar, leash, shampoo, toys, and dog lead for outside time. He won’t need shots updates until August 2026.
