Chappell is a one-of-a-kind girl hoping to land her happily ever after. This young girl joined us from Cedar Rapids Animal Control as a neglect case. She was battling mange and needed some extra TLC - but with good care and lots of love, she's now healthy, glowing, and ready to take on the world!
Chappell has that classic puppy spirit: playful, wiggly, and always looking for fun. She is dog friendly and eager to make canine friends who can keep up with her energy. She has not been around smaller dogs or cats yet, so she would prefer a home without them. Chappell is still working on learning the basics, but she's smart and will thrive with a family that is patient and consistent. Now, she can be a little mouthy when it comes to treats and playtime so a home with no small children would be best until she can polish her manners. Chappell's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives, plus a free basic training course at Cedar Run #2 in Hiawatha. Chappell is seeking an indoor only home. Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept their pets altered, current on vaccines and preventatives, and as indoor only pets.
