Lover Boy, aka LB has been in our home for a week now as a foster from PORT and we have not lacked cuddles or kisses since. He is genuinely the friendliest and most loving dog out there. He is approximately 1 year old, has good leash manners, knows sit and wait AND crates beautifully. Seriously, he doesn't make a peep.
He loves bones and chews, but knows if it's not given to him it's not his to chew. He loves other dogs and is super friendly. He generally doesnt bark, and spends 90% of his day napping on your lap. He's happy to nap in his crate while your at work and unconditionally cuddle you when you get home. He's a silly boy with a loveable face, beautiful eyes and a unique tail.

Adopters can submit a general application that stays on record during their search for a pet or apply for a specific pet.

Adopters will be denied if they plan to keep the pet outside, mention altering the pet for cosmetic purposes or have a poor history w/ pets

They will likely meet through a foster, as we are primarily foster based. We have a limited number of pets onsite they can also come meet.

We try to make the adoption process as smooth, convenient and easy as possible. We treat each animal as an individual and take that into account when approving applications. While one dog may require a 6ft privacy fenced in yard, another may be just as happy going on walks and living in an apartment. We consider the home set up and lifestyle of Adopters in regard to the pet they are interested in more than other barriers.
