My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Indy is a sweet, adorable Terrier mix that is about 6 years old and weighs approximately 20 lbs. He was rescued from a local high kill shelter, found as a stray wandering the streets.
His Foster Mom says he is a real cuddle bug and loves to be with people. He is good with kids but needs to be the only dog in the household. Indy loves his toys, belly rubs, is housetrained and not a barker.

Their adoption process

1.
Meet the Pet

Come to our adoption event and meet the dog you are interested in adopting or fill out our adoption application.

2.
Submit Application

After you've met the dog then you fill out our adoption application. If your application is approved we'll let you know.

3.
Approve Application

If your application is approved then we set up the home check adoption.

4.
Home Check

Then there is a home check that is when we bring the dog to the new home and if everything looks safe we leave the dog.

5.
Pay Fee

At the home check that is when you pay the adoption fee.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting an Adopt Me Rescue dog, please visit our website and fill out our adoption application www.adoptmerescue.org. We review each application and pick the most suitable situation for each dog. WE DO REQUIRE A HOME-CHECK and you must be at least 21 years of age to adopt a dog from our organization.

There is an adoption fee please e-mail us in regards to the dog your interested in and we will let you know the adoption fee.
