SWEET & LOVING
SAVANNAH - 6+ years old, 50 pounds, house trained, nervous at first but warms up quickly.
Savannah is a return resident of VBACAC. Back in 2023 she was surrendered when her family hit some financial hardships.
She was adopted a short time later but now she's back bc this family brought a new toy poodle in the home and
Savannah did not get along with the new addition. Savannah was the one who gets to suffer this loss. Sigh.
Savannah is house trained. She's good with larger dogs and kids but is not a fan of cats.
Savannah is sweet, loving and enjoys her time with her humans.
Savannah has become a regular in our shelter playgroup. She is doing well with our gentle, dainty group of specially vetted dogs and even starting to show a playful side with certain dogs.
Sweet Savannah does not like the rain or being wet but she does like stuffed toys and KONGS with peanut butter.
Savannah has such pretty fur, dark brown which blends softly with lighter brown on her back. Her eyes are mesmerizing almost orange when you get her to look at you in just the right way.
Savannah is hanging in a back kennel for now so come on in and just ask to meet her!
Original Bio from 2023: Savannah! 4.5 years old. 51 pounds so a great medium size. Surrendered due to financial constraints. This girl can be talkative and a little apprehensive of new people at first but warms up fast. Housetrained. Likes kids and dogs. Doesn’t like the rain or being wet. Likes stuffed toys and kongs with peanut butter!
