Meet Penelope! Penelope is approximately 10 months old, ~40 lbs currently and she is a Mutt. She was found as a stray at a boat ramp that is a known dumping ground. She is working hard on her house-training, crate training, and hasn`t had any leash walking experience yet. She could go to a home with kids 5+, and other young dogs.
No apartments, please! She is initially shy and would benefit from a home with a fenced yard and another young dog.
Her foster says, `She loves loves LOVES toys. She has a toy in her mouth 95% of the time. She loves frozen or fresh blueberries, carrots, and Greek yogurt. She is very cuddly and loving. She will sit for treats.`
