My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bubbles (aka Silly Lily)! 💕🐾

This 5 month old pit mix is as sweet as her name! Bubbles is a playful, snuggly little pup who loves nothing more than cuddling up after a busy day of play. She’s very food motivated (which makes her super smart and eager to learn!) and already working hard on her potty training.

Bubbles loves romping around with her foster sister (a fellow pit mix), and she gets along well with both dogs and cats. She’s still learning boundaries, but with her big heart and sharp mind, she’s picking things up quickly.

Crate time isn’t her favorite just yet, but she’s learning. What she really wants is a family who will help her burn off her puppy energy with fun, adventures, and playtime — and then give her all the snuggles when she’s tuckered out.

✅ 10 weeks old
✅ Up to date on age appropriate shots
✅ Great with dogs & cats
✅ Smart, loving, and oh-so cuddly

If you’re looking for a silly, sweet, and spirited pup to join your family, Bubbles would love to wiggle her way into your heart! 💖

Bubbles is UTD on age appropriate vaccines, preventatives and microchipped. She is not yet neutered because of her age. In addition to her adoption fee, adopter is required to pay an additional $250 neutered deposit which will be refunded once neutered as agreed to in our contract.

If this itty bitty pitty would make a great addition to your family, please apply only on our website zoeshouserescue.com

More about this rescue

Who We Are:
Zoe's House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare group based out of Sinking Spring,PA. We are comprised solely of volunteers that generously volunteer their time, their homes and their hearts. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected or abandoned animals from high kill shelters or from owners who can no longer care for them. We provide the animals with loving foster care, veterinary treatment and rehabilitation until we are able to pair them with compatible and loving forever homes. At times we also offer permanent sanctuary to those with special or medical needs and that are considered unadoptable.

Zoe's House serves as a resource to our community and to our adopters by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, the importance of spay/neuter, behavior training, nutrition, puppy mill awareness, heartworm preventative and breed education. Our organization also networks with other shelters and rescues. We try to assist other organizations when possible.

Zoe’s House is not federally funded, and relies solely on donations to continue to rescue. Although we are not breed specific, the need to save Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Pitbulls is ever growing; therefore, we have focused primarily on saving the lives of our beloved and majestic strong breeds.

What We do:
There are many people involved in the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of each dog we take in. Our rescue effort starts with the initial intake request for a dog. Whether this be at a shelter of from an individual in the community, we try to gather as much information as we can. We then pickup or transport the dog to safety in rescue. At this time we administer immediate veterinary care to determine the health of the dog and ensure the animal has proper immunizations. We also have bloodwork done for a heartworm check, lyme, fecal and sometimes a blood panel depending on the age and health of the dog. The dog remains in "in-home" foster care and becomes a part of the fosters family for an undefined period of time. We evaluate the dog and work on basic manners and obedience. At times we have dogs for a longer duration due to health and/or age. The dogs in our care come with us to adoption events, home screenings, and ultimately permanent placement. Zoe's House then provides post-adoption follow-up and support and welcomes the new family to the "Zoe's House Family!" We strive to stay in close contact with all of our adopters to ensure the transition and life long relationship continues to be magical. We remain dedicated to the principal that we never want one of our rescues to end up in a shelter or in a home that does not provide a responsible and loving environment for the life of the animal.

We truly believe that one dog at a time... we are making a difference!
