Miseltoe aka Ms. Tutu is a truly special rabbit with a big personality and even bigger heart. She is soft as a cloud, warm and affectionate, and has just the right touch of sass to keep life interesting. Tutu is also incredibly smart—she picks up on new tricks quickly and loves the chance to show off how clever she is. Once she feels safe with you, she’ll happily give gentle licks and kisses as her way of saying she trusts you. Tutu was once bonded with another rabbit who has since passed, and the two were truly inseparable. Through that companionship, she showed just how loving, gentle, and loyal she can be. She was a wonderful partner and still carries that same sweet capacity for connection into her new relationships. Although she only has one eye, Tutu is completely healthy and full of energy. She doesn’t let it hold her back one bit—in fact, it adds to her charm and resilience. She has adapted beautifully and lives life with trust, confidence, and joy.

We have no government funding -- we are an all-volunteer organization. We rely on private and individual donor contributions to operate our programs.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
come to visit the rabbits or guinea pigs at one of our adoption shows.

Submit Application
Email application to director@therabbithaven.org. We will then contact you to schedule an appointment. Show schedule at therabbithaven.org

We have 2 adoption events every month: the 2nd Saturday in Los Gatos, and usually & the 4th Sunday in Soquel (Santa Cruz). Please see our calendar at http://therabbithaven.org for more details. Friendly, supportive Haven counselors are there to answer all of your questions and to help you meet the rabbits! You may adopt on the same day.
We offer spayed and neutered rabbits, a full education packet, a free first vet exam, counseling services, free nail trims, and valuable coupons you may use to purchase needed supply. Email director@therabbithaven.org for a pre-adopt application that you can send by email. Then, we help answer all your questions and make appointments for you ahead of time so that the rabbit you want is at the adoption show for you.
Requirements: A loving, permanent, indoor, healthy home for the bunny. We have an adoption contract that we both sign when you adopt.

We offer free matchmaking and bonding services, nail and scent gland cleaning for adopted bunnies, plus a supportive staff that is always ready to answer your questions. We do this for the love of rabbits as a community service.
All Haven staff are 100% volunteers, and all of our funds are dedicated to assist the rabbits.
