Simba & Tuggy – The Dynamic Duo!

Meet Simba (the young, orange tabby) and Tuggy (the sleek, black adult) — two best buds who found each other in foster care and haven’t looked back since! Both came to the shelter separately with lots of energy and playful “single kitten syndrome” antics, but once introduced, they quickly became inseparable playmates.

Simba is the spirited youngster of the pair — curious, athletic, and always ready to chase lasers or wrestle with Tuggy before curling up for a sunny nap. Tuggy is the perfect balance: affectionate, confident, and a total lap cat who loves head butts, face rubs, and hanging out with his people. Together, they make an amazing team — full of love, laughter, and playful energy.

These two are looking for a home that will appreciate their lively personalities and strong bond. If you’re searching for a pair that brings both fun and affection, Simba and Tuggy are your guys!

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Additional adoption info

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals
