My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jerry is a lively and adventurous! His curiosity knows no bounds and he's always on the move! His days are filled with chasing feathers, pouncing on imaginary prey, and climbing anything that looks like a challenge. Every moment with Jerry is an adventure, and his boundless enthusiasm is sure to bring a smile to your face.

When he’s not zooming around, Jerry loves engaging with his humans for interactive play and is quick to show off his acrobatic leaps. And after burning off all that energy, he’ll happily curl up next to you, purring contentedly as he drifts off to sleep.

Jerry ideal home is a household that’s ready for lots of activity and fun. A variety of toys, climbing spaces, and opportunities to explore. He’d love a furry sibling to play with or a human who can match his lively spirit. If you are looking for two, check out his brother Tom, they would love to find a home together.

Jerry is curious but cautious around dogs. He hasn’t quite decided how he feels about them yet and may need slow introductions and a dog that respects his space. With time and patience, he will warm up. Jerry would thrive in a home with older children who have experience or awareness of how to interact with cats.

More about this rescue

Coppell Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt rescue organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats primarily in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. We are a foster home organization that is run by volunteer staff. Rescued animals are kept in foster care until they find their forever homes, no matter how long that takes. We believe in treating foster animals as one of our family until they become a part of your family.
