🚨 Adopt Leo in Ontario, Canada: Certified Bed Hog & Professional Squirrel Watcher 🚨
I am a 90lb “Velcro dog” eager to find my furever family after patiently waiting in the shelter for 13 months! To start, I have two main hobbies:
a) Following my human everywhere (yes, including the bathroom 🚽).
b) Smashing my giant, gorgeous head into door frames because spatial awareness is not my strong suit.
By day, I can be found lounging on the bed, occasionally supervising your snack choices. By night, I will happily cuddle before snoozing in my crate (I would sleep until noon if you let me). I am house-trained, food-motivated, and—according to strangers on walks—“handsome AF.”
I walk well on leash (unless a squirrel shows up, in which case I am a fish on a string 🐟). I am friendly with other dogs but I sometimes get too excited and tend to forget my size. I am shy and hesitant but polite with people, unless you knock on the door, in which case I will announce you like a proper doorman.
Things I am still working on:
🦴 Not stealing your baggy sweater during playtime
🦴 Calmer greetings with people and dogs (zoomies are my love language after all so best if I am placed with older kids who can deal with my excitement)
🦴 Remembering that “leave it” applies to my dinner too
