My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

8 month old male, pure-bred Belgian Malinois. Pulled from Castaic Animal Shelter.

Highly intelligent, energetic and motivated. Also can be very sweet and affection with his person. Would be great for a single person or a family that is familiar with the breed. Has not been kid tested. This breed historically does not do well with cats. Please visit our social media page (@wrarefoundation) and our website www.wrare.org to see videos of our dogs. Submit Application

We'll review your application to make sure the dog is the right fit for you and your home environment

Interview

We'll schedule a time to talk and discuss further

Meet the Pet

We'll schedule a time for a meet & greet with you and potentially other family members

Home Check

We will conduct a home check, either in-person or virtually

Approve Application

Your application will be approved on our end based on the application details, home check, and meet & greet

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved, we will have you signed the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee

7.
Take the Pet Home

We can schedule a day for you to take your new family member home! We will be assist to make sure the dog settles in well

We will be there every step of the way to make sure the adoption process goes smoothly for both the pet parent and dog.
