My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

👑 Meet Queenie Jane 👑
At 13 years young, this butterscotch sweetheart is living proof that age is just a number. Don’t expect her to slow down—Queenie’s got pep in her step, sparkle in her eyes, and plenty of love left to give. ✨💃
Her journey? Heart-tugging 💔—Queenie Jane came to us after her owner entered rehab. Now, she’s ready to start fresh with a forever person (and couch!) to call her own.
💌 The Tea on Queenie Jane:
🐾 Dog + kid approved (cats still TBD 👀)
🐾 Sweetheart snuggler + surprise energy burst queen
🐾 Fully vetted + thriving in her silver era
🐾 A perfect mix of gentle soul and spunky spirit
🌟 Bonus: Queenie Jane is a shining star in our Seniors for Seniors Adoption Program!
Yes—applicants aged 65+ can adopt dogs 8+ through this special program, designed to match energy levels and care needs for the perfect long-term fit. Senior adopters also receive 10% off the adoption fee. 🩶
Queenie Jane is ready for her crown 👑… will you be the one to place it?

Additional adoption info

All applications for adoption are considered based on the wants of the adopter and the needs of each individual animal.

Go meet their pets

After being approved by a team member, you'll be able to schedule a meet and greet with the pup that best matches your needs.

All of our pets are in private foster homes and many times the meeting will happen in a safe public location.

All animals are available to begin their home trials once the meeting has concluded and the rescue agrees to allow the pet to move forward to this stage.
