Hi. I’m Snowball.
Yes, I know. I’m gray. No, I was not discovered in a pile of slushy mystery snow. (At least… I don’t think so.) Let’s just say the name stuck and I’ve decided to own it.
Now, since I believe in transparency when interviewing potential humans, here’s what you should know about me:
I am a calm, cuddly, sweet girl who believes the world would be a better place if everyone paused for more lap time. I adore gentle pets, soft blankets, and warm laps that are both willing and available.
I’ve been told I’m affectionate and intelligent — and honestly? I won’t argue. If you enjoy having thoughtful conversations with your cat, I am absolutely your girl. I listen. I respond. I probably know how the story ends. (I always guess the ending.)
Speaking of which… my foster mom reads me bedtime stories. I enjoy them very much — mostly because they put me right to sleep, which is when I curl up on her lap and pretend I wasn’t already dozing. Adorable? Obviously.
Now, let’s discuss my charming quirks:
I like to perch on the sink and gently tap my human’s shoulder for pets. Some call it demanding. I call it efficient communication.
I must have kicker toys and wand toys. They are non-negotiable.
I am well-read and emotionally intelligent. (See bedtime story comment above.)
A tiny note: loud noises like thunderstorms and fireworks are not my favorite. I prefer calm vibes. If you sit with me for a few minutes during the booms, I’ll settle right down. Moral support is important.
My ideal home? Quiet, cozy, loving.
Comfortable laps.
Nice people to chat with.
A few good toys.
Maybe some older, respectful kiddos.
As for other furry roommates? I haven’t formed an official opinion yet. We can discuss that later.
So… if you’re searching for a clever, gentle, slightly quirky, story-loving feline companion, I might just be your missing piece.
Come meet me. I’ll be the gray “Snowball” with excellent taste in literature and very high lap standards.
