From her foster; Monarch is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves nothing more than being close to her person. Snuggles are her specialty, and she’ll happily curl up beside you whenever she gets the chance.
She does well with dogs her size and respects cats, though bigger pups can be a bit intimidating for her. Monarch is still working on her training—commands like sit, come, and leave it—but she’s a quick learner who loves praise. She’s also a bit of a barker, so continued guidance will help her learn when to use her voice.
When it comes to grooming, Monarch doesn’t mind being brushed, though nail trims are still a work in progress.
