My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simon & Gray – Need a Barn!

Simon & Gray are BFF ferals who have been fed for about 8 years by FCWs. They have been living in a colony of many cats in Roxbury for years. Simon & Gray are the last two remaining ferals that we feed daily at this particular site. Unfortunately, their site has been becoming progressively more difficult to visit in the wintertime to the point that this coming snow season, these two will not get their one meal a day. They depend on us daily for this one meal and we are afraid what would happen to them should we not be there with their dinner.

We need a barn or someone willing to adopt two ferals (AKA house spirits). They will be vetted prior to adoption. (Please note that BFF does not make moves like this lightly because we prefer to leave ferals "home" where they feel comfortable and safe - but with the upcoming winter season and our inability to get food to them they would no longer be safe there, so going to a barn is their only option.)

If you are interested in adopting them, contact Boston's Forgotten Felines on Facebook or at catadoptions@bostonsforgottenfelines.org

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are not a shelter but a rescue group. Our cats are at different foster homes. Meet & greet will be coordinated between foster homes and potential adopters once an application is in place.

More about this rescue

Boston streets are flooded with homeless cats and kittens. Some were abandoned, while others are feral (offspring of those abandoned cats.) We are the Feral Cat Warriors who fight to help them survive every single day. Our aim is to ensure that feral cats have a stable and safe shelters, food and medical attention as needed and for strays/abandoned cats to be adopted.

We are all volunteers with full time job so please be patient if we do not respond to your request immediately. We will respond to any questions/requests within 24 hrs. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
