My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy wandered into our yard, 9/1/25, limping, hungry and terrified. After a few days of food, water and decompression he began to trust us. And allowed us to pet him and even leash him so we could take him to a vet for a microchip scan. No chip.
He makes me laugh. He is a youngster. Less than 2yrs. Still full of energy and desires a lot of attention. He just loves to be loved. Crate trained. He plays with his toys. He is very smart. We are currently working with a trainer to help him with leash manners and socializing. He is fearful of strangers, so we're working on that. He finishes training Dec 11th. We prefer an adopter with dog experience who can understand the stages and energy of a growing pup. It didn't take him long to trust and love us. It would be the same with your care. He is affectionate and gives great hugs. We want to make the transition as smooth as possible and will work with you to make it so.
