This helps Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue with pet care costs.
Teagan is a sweet, friendly, energetic, and silly girl. She weighs less than 25 lbs. and will not get much bigger with her age. She loves going for walks/ runs, playing with all the dogs in the house, running laps and circles in the backyard, chewing on bones and toys, napping, watching the world go by out the front window, and snuggling on the couch after dinner time. She is hoping to receive lots of attention, give kisses, be very close to you in the couch, lay across your lap, receive hugs, and get belly rubs and scratches behind her ears.
Teagan does great in her kennel at night when she can see you but would probably prefer to sleep in bed. Her size makes it nice as she will not take up much space. She enjoys and needs a good daily walk / run where she can sniff throughout the way and burn some of her energy. She gets along great with other dogs with her favorite game to playing keep away with the other dogs; she steals and wants them to chase her. She would be a great 2nd dog to keep everyone busy and running around. Teagan has higher energy during the day and would not want to be in a kennel or alone for too long.
She is still working on potty training and getting better with a regular routine. She does know how to use the doggy door. Teagan is very food-motivated and always looking for treats. She is doing great sitting for treats, but her patience waiting for the treat needs a bit of work. She is a feed-me-now
Teagan is excited to meet you and be your new best friend!
