Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Golden Heart is a beautiful, sensitive girl who’s still learning that the world—and the people in it—can be kind. She came to us very shy and under-socialized, but with patience and consistency, she’s already starting to come out of her shell.
She truly shines when she’s around other dogs. Their playful energy brings out her confidence, and she has an absolute blast playing with her canine friends. Because of this, she’d do best in a home with another friendly, confident dog to help show her the ropes.
With the humans she trusts, Golden Heart is incredibly sweet—she enjoys belly rubs, going for walks, and of course, treats (which are definitely the way to her heart).
Golden Heart is looking for a patient, quiet home where she can continue to grow at her own pace, surrounded by love and encouragement. If you're the kind of person who finds joy in helping a shy dog blossom, Golden Heart just might be your perfect match.
