Anais is a sweet, gentle girl who was found wandering all alone along a local highway. Although she's now safe at the shelter, the loud noises and unfamiliar atmosphere are all a bit too much for her. She spends most of her day curled up in her kennel, accepting treats and pets from staff but then immediately curling back up and waiting for someone to come for her. Anais has velvety soft ears and beautifully dappled fur that she appreciates having pet. She also believes, despite her larger size, that she is in fact a lap dog. She loves nothing more than curling up with someone for as much time as they can give her. If you have been considering adding a new addition to your family and would like to make a huge impact in Anais' life by helping her get out of the shelter and into a loving home, visit www.hsnei.org/adoptabledogs to fill out an adoption application.
