Meet Buddy! 🐾
Buddy is a gentle, affectionate soul who absolutely adores people. He’s a true snuggle bug—he loves to rest his head on your lap, always grateful for any attention, but never pushy. Just acknowledging him makes his whole day!

Buddy is playful and athletic, especially when it comes to fetch. He’s got some impressive jumping skills and will happily chase a ball for as long as you’re willing to throw it. Despite his playful side, Buddy is calm and well-mannered indoors. He enjoys his naps and doesn’t run around the house, making him a wonderfully peaceful companion.

Training & Behavior:
• Fully house-trained (never had an accident!)
• Has access to a yard
• Walks beautifully on a leash—no pulling, and stops when asked
• Learns commands quickly—he’s a smart boy!
• Only barks briefly when someone knocks at the door—no excessive barking

Dog-Friendly:
Buddy loves other dogs. There’s absolutely no aggression from him—only a desire to make friends. He currently lives with two small dogs who can be a bit moody or snappy at times, but Buddy never reacts. He simply walks away, showing maturity and gentleness.

When he sees dogs on walks, he gets excited and may cry a little because he wants to say hello. Unfortunately, his larger size means most owners don’t allow greetings, but Buddy’s intentions are always friendly.

Other Traits:
• Not food aggressive—you can move his bowl while he eats or have other dogs near his dish
• Not reactive to large birds on walks
• Has not been introduced to cats, but shows no strong prey drive
• Walks slowly and calmly
• Incredibly easy to care for and very appreciative of love and routine
