My name is ST. Lucia and I am a Shih Tzu/Blue Heeler mix girl. That was determined with DNA. My mom is a Shih Tzu and my dad a Blue Heeler. I am active, smart, friendly and happy! I am good with other dogs and people. My foster mom does not know about cats though! I do need another young dog to play with. I would not be good with an older dog as I play a lot and would pester them. I am current on shots, neutered, microchipped and working on potty training. My adoption fee is $550.
