Zelda is a beautiful, intelligent girl who was found adventuring with her friend Erma. While they get along great, Zelda is totally fine being adopted on her own—she’s ready to bond with her very own person or family!
Her finder said she didn’t have any accidents in the house, so she may already be potty trained (smart girl!). Zelda is treat-motivated, knows how to sit, and walks pretty well on leash. She has the cutest 3/4-length tail that gives her a little extra character—and makes her even more adorable!
Zelda appears to be a German Shepherd and she’s got the smarts and loyalty to prove it. Our mission is to help you find a pet that meets your expectations and lifestyle. You’re invited to visit with a prospective pet in one of our "Meet N' Greet" rooms. We also offer "Meet N' Greets" for adopters wishing to introduce a current dog to a potential new playmate.

We do our best to keep adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. Adoption fees help provide medical care, food and shelter to the animals in our care.

We are a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization proud to be serving the people and animals of Yakima County for over 100 years.
