Remi is a loving shadow who happily follows his people from room to room and just wants to be close. Snuggly, affectionate, and full of heart, Remi loves playing with toys and bones, gets along well with other animals, and knows his manners like a champ. Wait/free, place, off, out, sit, down, leave it, crate, and come are all in his skill set. He walks well on leash, especially when treats are involved, and is crate-trained, choosing to sleep there at night with his bed, blankies, and pillow. Remi thrives on routine and comfort: he patiently waits for “free” at mealtime, enjoys fetch with Kong rubber balls, splashes in streams, snuggles on the couch, sunbathes, and is so extra cozy that he carries his blankets and pillow around. He’s been downtown and does well with the city vibe, loves boat rides and camping, and is always up for belly rubs. While he prefers his own space when eating and doesn’t love having his paws touched or being in vet restraint, he’s good with brushing, tolerates baths, and stays happy and healthy with monthly preventives.
Remi is was a pup that has now been returned by his family. He had received training with his previous owners, but had an issue with a smaller dog that he had lived with for a while and went to Superior K9 Xperience, one of our training partners, and has completed the board and train program there. He’s been great with all of the dogs there, but at this time feels it would be best that Remi's new family doesn’t have any other pets.
Lots of energy, he loves to please, and he is a super goofball that will keep you laughing all the time.

Crate trained - prefers to sleep there at night with his bed, blankies & pillow.
- Freeze dried salmon treats and food with salmon in it made him very ill.
Loves - Ice cubes, cheese, ice cream, treats, fetch (kong rubber balls), walks, snifaris, playing in streams/river, snuggles on the couch, sunbathing, carrying his blankets and pillow around, being cozy, tearing up his stuffies, belly rubs, loves people and okay with city vibe.

Dislikes: Paws being touched, being restrained at the vet, cats

A meet and greet time will be set up and the sooner you can the better as we do not hold and continue on with applications.

Sign Adoption Contract
All adoptions will be completed at Petsmart in Kentwood. your coordinator will let you know the time. Please bring career,leash and collar.
Take the Pet Home
Once paperwork is complete you will receive all original documents. You will also register your pets chip.
