Luna is desperately looking for a foster, foster-to-adopter, or adopter to help heal broken hearts – humans and doggo alike.

– Female, 3 years old, 55ish pounds
– Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative
– Potty trained and crate trained
– Loves people, friendly to everyone, bit of a scaredy sweetheart right now due to the big life change, but great with all humans
– Spent first three years of life in a home with kids aged 5+ and did GREAT with them
– Spent first three years of life in a home with an older male cat and never had an issue at all with the kitty
– Needs to be the only dog in the home

Other misc notes from family: Affectionate, sweet, obedient, eager to please, submissive. Not a fence jumper or digger. Loves cheese, giving kisses, and napping in the sun.

Luna was adopted from us in 2022 and recently returned. Unfortunately, Luna and the other female dog in the home decided to go at war with one another. Her family tried everything for a year to make keeping both work, but with incredibly broken hearts, ultimately had to return her. Her family is absolutely devastated and Luna is grieving right along with them. She is confused and has lost her place in the world. Please consider fostering or adopting Luna.
