My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carmie!

Joined us in: September 2025

About Carmie:
• A gentle, shy bunny who loves treats, hay/chew toys, and being softly pet.
• Startles easily with loud or sudden noises, but is very affectionate once he feels safe.
• Has a sweet, tender nature and enjoys calm, loving interactions.

His perfect match:
• A calm, patient home where he can be given lots of love and time to build trust.
• Would strongly prefer a home with his best friend, Gloria, who he arrived with and adores.
• Has not met other animals, but may do well with gentle children and respectful introductions.

Some extra facts about Carmie:
• Typically takes about 2 weeks to warm up to a new environment.
• Currently living in an X-pen setup and free roam
• Favorite treats include carrots, romaine lettuce, and small pieces of apple as an occasional snack.

In short:
Carmie is a shy-but-sweet bunny who blossoms with patience and love. In a quiet home—ideally alongside his beloved Gloria—he’ll grow into a gentle, affectionate companion who enjoys soft pets, tasty treats, and peaceful moments with his people.
