My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Leopold, or Leo for short! This handsome 8 year old orange and white gentleman is as charming as they come. Hes loving, adapts easily, and enjoys following you around the house sharing his thoughts. His favorite pastime? Birdwatching from a sunny window perch. His BFF? A mellow golden retriever. If youre looking for a loyal companion and soft meow, Leopold is ready to win your heart.

More about this shelter

Richmond Animal League (RAL) is committed to saving lives by giving hope, help, and loving homes to animals in need. Our vision: All cats and dogs are in a loving home with access to the support they need to thrive.

RAL has been committed to saving the lives of animals and finding loving homes for pets for over 45 years. Since 1979, we’ve worked with area shelters to provide temporary housing, medical treatment, vaccinations, spay/neuter, and loving care to tens of thousands of pets who were then adopted into new homes.
