Dora may be a big girl, but she's truly a softhearted marshmallow at heart. She LOVES meeting new friends and absolutely cherishes her time with people! Dora enjoys sniffing around and exploring, but she never strays too far - she always wants to be close to her humans.
Dora is a sweetheart who loves spending time with her sister, Patches, and playing with other dogs in the big yard. Dora can be adopted alongside Patches for twice the love, or she’d be content as the cherished only dog in her forever home. With her loving nature and beautiful spirit, Dora will quickly become the heart of your household.

Adoption Fees:
Dogs $150, Cats $115
Senior Dog Program
There are always a few senior dogs at the shelter at any given time, and we want to make sure they aren't forgotten! Special arrangements and assistance is offered for anyone adopting/or fostering one of these wonderful seniors. The adoption fee is waived for interested and qualified applicants, so take a look and Contact Us if you're interested!
If you adopt a special needs animal the shelter will help pay for the meds that the animal is currently on.
Pre-application required: References required: Vet and if you rent your land lord. There will be an interview and home visit with prospective adopties to help us match the perfect pet for your family. If for any reason you can not keep the animal and can not place them in a good home we will take the animal back.
