Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Duke, a 6 month old black lab mix who is such a delight to be around. Found as a stray in Vancleave and never reclaimed, Duke hasn’t let his rough start dim his sweetness—this boy is affectionate, outgoing, and always ready to wag his way into someone’s heart. He’s a “good boy in training” who already sits for treats, loves to learn, and just needs a family willing to guide him as he grows into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. Duke thrives when he’s part of the action, whether it’s playing with his canine buddies, soaking up attention from his humans, or simply being included in everyday adventures. He’s not the kind of pup you just throw out in the yard and leave him... he'll probably climb the fence in search of a better home if you do. His greatest wish is to be with someone who treasures him as part of the family. Duke is already neutered and ready to go home today—could you be the forever home he’s been waiting for?
By adopting me today you will save the life of two pets -- you'll save me and that will make room for the Shelter to rescue and save another pet.
