Say hello to Lost, a sweet and gentle 8 month old girl who’s a little timid but full of lots of love to give. Found wandering with her brother Larue, they came to the shelter as strays and no one came looking for them. Lost is patiently waiting for a nurturing home where she can feel safe and cherished. She adores treats and likes to be petted once she gets to know you a bit. She seems a little too interested in kitties just FYI. She’ll need guidance, confidence-building, and some leash training, her quiet devotion and tender heart make every bit of encouragement worthwhile. Lost is overwhelmed by the shelter’s busy environment, but in a loving home we know she will thrive and grow into a steadfast, gentle companion who will always be grateful to the family that gives her a second chance.

Adopting animals from the shelter is easy. Adoption fees are:
$50 for all animals (covers spaying or neutering)
All adopted animals are provided with:
1. A certificate of examination from the Jackson County Veterinary Society (entitles adoptee to a free health exam)
2, Initial vaccinations
3. Preventative worming
4. Spaying and Neutering (depending on age of animal)
5. A pet name tag from Two Dogs Dancing
A microchip for your new friend will be included for an additional $15.
