NOTES FROM FOSTER FAMILY:
Meet Kip!
Kip is a sweet, energetic, cozy-loving pup who’s all about the simple joys in life. He absolutely loves blankets and is happiest curled up on a blanket on the couch, taking a nap right next to his people. When it’s time for bath day, Kip is easygoing and doesn’t mind getting warm baths at all—he’s a very polite boy!
When he’s not relaxing, Kip’s energetic side shines. He enjoys zoomies in the yard, a good game of fetch, chewing on bones, and playing with his toys—though fair warning: his toys need to be stuffing-less, because if there’s stuffing inside, Kip will happily pull it out. He also loves playing with other little dogs and is comfortable around big dogs. He does great sharing space with no food aggression or resource guarding, and Kip is great with kids, making him a wonderful family companion.
Kip has been through a lot in his past, including being hit by a car, but you’d never know it—his injuries don’t slow him down or dampen his happy spirit at all. To help him feel his best during playtime, he may benefit from having carpet or rugs throughout the house so he has good traction while running and playing.
After dinner, Kip’s favorite routine is winding down with a good brushing (especially when he’s tired), and he never misses a chance to bark at cows if any are nearby—it’s one of his favorite “jobs.”
Kip would do wonderfully in a home that enjoys both playtime and cuddle time. If you’re looking for an energetic yet snuggly companion who’s equally happy fetching a ball or snoozing on a blanket, Kip might be your perfect match.
