My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wakko – Sweet, Silly, and Ready for His Forever Home! ?

This handsome little guy is Wakko, a 4-month-old kitten with a big personality and an even bigger heart! Wakko came into our program with his mom, Dot, and his brother, Yakko, and since then he’s been growing into the playful, affectionate, and curious kitten we’ve all come to adore.

Wakko is the perfect blend of goofy energy and snuggly charm. He loves chasing toys, wrestling with his brother, and exploring every nook and cranny of his space. Once playtime winds down, he’s more than happy to curl up for a nap—or better yet, in your arms for some cuddle time.

He’s great with other cats and would do best in a home where he has a feline friend to keep him company—maybe even alongside Yakko, if you`re looking for a dynamic duo!

Wakko is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and litter box trained. All he needs now is a loving family to make his story complete.

Ready to meet your new best friend? Wakko is waiting to charm his way into your heart! ?

If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out our questionnaire and email it to adoptions@pawprojectga.org.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit organization in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We have a low-cost vet clinic (not full service), spay/neuter ,a TNR Program, and a Rescue/Adopt Program.

We started this organization because we love animals and want to be the voice for those who have no voice, and also help pet retention in homes by offering affordable veterinary care.

We would love to have volunteers to help with in-home fostering (some for two week quarantines, others to keep cats/dogs until they are adopted), cleaning, adoption events, Trapping cats for TNR, recovering female feral cats after surgery, and many other things.
