My name is Honeysuckle!

Hey there! I’m Honeysuckle!

I’m a 9-month-old (as of September 2025), 44-pound German Shepherd mix with striking black and white fur… and a flair for adventure. I was found as a stray, which basically makes me a professional explorer! I’ve sniffed more sidewalks than most dogs dream of! Not bad for a young girl like myself!

Fortunately, I was found by some caring people, and am looking to be placed in a loving home.

I’m a friendly and curious gal and so far, I've really enjoyed the people (and other dogs!) I've met at AHOTO. Now, I am still a puppy so my manners are hit or miss and I have quite a bit of energy. I mean well but hey, what do you expect?! I've never had any proper training. I am smart though and I know I will catch on really quick so please give me a shot. I just need a family that is willing to take me to training and give me all the exercise and mental enrichment I need to be a happy and healthy pup - that way we can ALL live happily ever after!  The END!
