My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Taurus is a beautiful, elegant lady who would greatly benefit from getting out of the shelter. She loves walks, knows ‘sit’ really well and mostly gets the idea of ‘down,’ takes treats SO gently, and is polite on leash. She needs to be the only pet in the home. She is such a sweet, lovable dog, who has become a favorite to many of our staff and volunteers.

Here’s a fun story from one of our staff, who recently took her on an adventure to the park:
“Taurus is the best adventure buddy! Not only did she walk politely on leash, but when I had to stop to change layers (made much more difficult by the fact that I had on overalls and a crossbody bag) she walked right in front of me, turned to face me, and without me asking, sat the ENTIRE time I was detangling myself. The second I was done, she returned to sniffs. I wish my dog was that polite!”
