Upon intake, we did discover that Hazel has heartworms. But don`t let that scare you off! All her treatments are covered by the shelter, all you have to bring is a calm and loving home for her. Hazel is a curious girl that would do well in a home that can give her a daily walk, a cozy bed to lounge in, and of course her very own humans to love! During her time with her finders, she showed to be crate trained and even keeps a clean kennel here at the shelter! Hazel is the life of the party and LOVES to PLAY PLAY PLAY
