Meet Kami & Homer — the Glow-Up Siblings
When tortie social butterfly Kami arrived at the shelter, we didn’t know she’d come in with her tuxedo brother Homer. Volunteers noticed he was shut down and grieving without her—and they advocated until we could rescue him too. Reunited in foster, Homer’s transformation has been lovely to witness: he’s grooming his sister, chirping hello, and even batting at toys again.
These two are a bonded adult pair with fabulous, ahem, “curvy” figures and even bigger hearts. Kami is your confident, social committee greeter, lap-warmer, and feather-wand pro; Homer is the gentle old soul who blossoms with reassurance (and a comfy window perch). Together they’re perfectly balanced: brave + tender, playful + chill, tortie sass + tuxedo class.
Their wish list: a loving home where they can stay together, sunbathe, and chase wand toys.
