Meet Rainey

Can I be the apple of your eye? The queen of your castle? Or maybe your valentine?

My name is Rainey and I am looking for a forever home! I would love a home where I can sit in your lap and be the lap dog I want to be. I love, love, love my foster family but I would prefer not to have to share the snuggles with my other fur buddies! I do like my smaller buddies better than the larger one here in MY house. Oh, did I tell you that besides being lovable that I'm loyal to "my person"?

I weigh 13 lbs and am just over 2 years old. I am going to be a fabulous companion dog for someone and if you are home more often than not that's even better because i love my people! When I'm not getting my loving from my people I like to chase the ball to get a little exercise.

Submit Application

The first step in our process is to complete an adoption application. This lets us know more about you, your family and your other pets.

Approve Application

After receiving your application we will complete our pre-adoption verification and vet check

3.
Meet the Pet

After completing our vet check and approving your application, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Adoption Prerequisites:
All animals in your home over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered
All animals in your home must be current on vaccinations
All current/past dogs in your home must be current on heart worm preventative and have a history of providing the medication year round
All adoptions to residents of the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex only
Vet check is required for all adoptions

Our Adoption Process:

Step 1: If you are interested in meeting one of our pets, the first step is to complete an online application by going to roadtrip4paws.com and clicking on the Adopt tab to find a link to our application.

Step 2: After we receive your application, we will review it to ensure it meets our adoption criteria and do a vet check to verify your current and/or past pets are/were spayed/neutered, to date on vaccinations and up to date on heart worm preventative year round.

Step 3: After completing our pre-adoption process and vet check, we will contact you.
