My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Keen!

My favorite thing to do is... cuddle up in my favorite people's laps while they watch TV

What makes me special is... Did you know that only 20% of orange cats are female? I'm proud of my gorgeous soft coat and am a well groomed gal.
I was initially a scared kitten, but have come around to be ridiculously affectionate. I like laps, and I want to be pet with both hands. I've got a great purr, and cheek rubs get that motor going. I am sweet with other cats, and I am buddies with my foster family's puppy.

I want my new owner to know... I was initially trapped in an unsafe area. I was very scared in the trap, and can be wary of being confined. I like to be out in the open with people I trust. I am initially wary of new people, but given time, I am full of purr and will headbutt legs for attention. I prefer not to be picked up by people I don't know, but am fine with being carried around by my inner circle people. I would do best in a household with other friendly animals to keep me company. I generally choose to stay away from small children, but some of my favorite people are teens.

When I am feeling playful I like to.. (favorite toys): chase wand toys, climb cat trees

Where do I sleep? Curled up in a lap or anywhere soft and cozy. I like the hammock on my foster family's cat tree, too

I am good with: Cats and Dogs

By nature I am... Cuddly, Curious, and I do not like to be held.
