“I’m a little teapot, short and stout!” That’s Capri’s theme song. She may be a 40lb “pocket sized” pitty, but she’s got enough bounce and pizzazz to keep up with the biggest kids on the playground. She’s met many dogs in her time at the shelter and has done well with them all! She’s also perfectly content to entertain herself with a chew toy, or by throwing a stuffed animal around in the air on her own. She’s even been known to chase and play with leaves. What can we say? She’s a girl of simple pleasures. Capri is looking for someone who will provide plenty of outdoor play, runs, long walks, and training. She’s only about 1-2 years old and is still very much a “teenage” puppy with a lot of energy, but she’s eager to learn (especially if tasty treats are involved)! At the end of the day, Capri likes to cuddle just as hard as she plays. She loves to be near her people, whether she’s snuggled up next to you on the couch or laying at your feet taking a nap while you cook dinner.
