If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Louie and Gibbs are a bonded pair and they must stay together. Louie (black) is 3 years old. I found him as a sick kitten and nursed him back to health, due to his sickness he developed food/play aggression. This is well-managed with a once a day medication he must stay on. He loves interactive toys, food puzzles, and playing. He is very affectionate once he trusts you. Gibbs (tabby) is 4 years old. He is calm, gentle and sweet natured. He loves head rubs and napping. He also loves to play fetch with his soft toy balls. Occasionally he will chew/eat plastic and rubber, these must be safely stored. I am looking for a calm, clean, stable and loving home, with someone who has cat experience. Louie needs consistency with his medication, and Gibbs needs a lot of attention. It is very important to me this isn't the end of my relationship with them. I am looking for someone who is okay with me visiting from time to time, and staying connected.
