My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good Golly Miss Molly~ First her owner passed, we were called and found a great loving foster that cant keep her because fosters grandson is very allergic and Molly loves him and wont leave him alone . She is a great little one that attaches quickly,. Would love to be an only dog just because she tends to be a little fearful.
From current foster mom Kim
FOSTER FOUND!!!!!
Hi this is Molly she is a senior on the fluffy figured gal. She is a Schnauzer mix. She bonds great with boys. She absolutely loves our son. She was sleeping with her till he broke out in hives.
She's a lover once she settles in. If my son is gone, she follows me all over. She don't like walks, absolutely sits down and refuses to move. With her sad eyes she lets you know Not Today. She doesn't mind cats or chickens at all. If the house gets a bit busy she will go find her quiet place and sleep. She does great on rides. She don't care where she goes. She enjoys rides. When her person comes inside she waits by the door. An she will remind you she's waiting for you. She is that good ole girl to be a companion.
My boy is very adhd and she knows when he needs to just settle down.
Molly just a sweetheart and has so much love to give.

More about this rescue

Hopes Haven began as a dream. A televised news story about a case of obscene animal abuse broke our hearts. Video from the scene taken after authorities seized possession of the animals revealed several deceased and emaciated dogs. Of the dogs still alive, only two were determined to have any chance of survival. Marsha called the humane society where the dogs had been taken and asked if a terribly emaciated Doberman that was on the newscast could be held for her to adopt if she survived. The care givers at the shelter named the Doberman Hope. Hope's life had been one of being chained inside of a barn and forced to have litter after litter of puppies, all while rarely seeing the light of day. Although Hope never did fully recover, she did indeed survive and lived with us for almost thirteen months before she died. Hopes Haven is a tribute to her and to all innocent dogs that have had their trust betrayed by unworthy guardians.

We give hope to those that have no place else to go. The old, infirm, and ill will always have a place to go as long as Hopes Haven exists.
